Lingosh Chrome

Save LinkedIn candidate profiles to your own Google Sheet — one click, no copy-paste.

What it does

Lingosh is a Chrome extension for recruiters and hiring managers. While you browse a LinkedIn profile, a single click extracts the candidate's name, headline, current company, location, and about text, then appends a timestamped row to a Google Sheet you own — organised by date tab.

How it works

• Install the extension and enter your license key.
• Open any LinkedIn profile (linkedin.com/in/…).
• Click the Lingosh icon in your toolbar and press Save to Sheet.
• The profile is appended to your "HR Candidates" Google Sheet automatically.

Google account access

Lingosh requests one Google permission: Google Sheets (spreadsheets scope). This allows the extension to create a single spreadsheet named "HR Candidates" in your Google Drive and append rows to it.

Lingosh does not read your email, contacts, calendar, or any other Google data. It does not transmit your Google data to any external server. All Sheets API calls are made directly from your browser to Google's servers using your own OAuth token.

Data we collect

Lingosh does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers.

• LinkedIn profile data — extracted from the page you are currently viewing in your own browser. It is written directly to your Google Sheet and never sent to Lingosh servers.
• License key — stored locally in chrome.storage.local on your device. It is sent to our license-validation server (a Cloudflare Worker) solely to verify that your license is active. No profile data accompanies this request.
• Google OAuth token — obtained via Chrome's identity API and used exclusively to call the Google Sheets API on your behalf. It is never sent to Lingosh servers.

Data we do not collect

We do not collect browsing history, search queries, email content, contacts, location data, financial information, health information, or any other personal information.

Third-party services

• Google Sheets API — your browser communicates directly with Google's servers. Google's privacy policy applies to that communication.
• LemonSqueezy — payment and license management. Their privacy policy applies to purchases.

Data retention

We do not retain any user data. The only persistent state is your license key, stored locally on your device and removable at any time via the "Remove license" button in the extension popup.
